On the Zen path

Times are difficult when you are trying to go on the zen path, or well something less aggressive so as a peaceful life, with a lot of those word you here a lot when some one calls this subject, "mindfulness", its an acceptance of all the thought, sensations and really a very deep attentions to emotions that it will be practice this thing mindfulness by the meditation; but really t all about this word that I actually never heard before, but then all started with this documental "Free the mind"(studies based of yoga and meditation and neuroscience), a different way to made and think about the ways of intervention of the anxiety and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), long story short; I started on the way based on that (and other documental on Netflix...), start to see some changes, at least it feels good.

This is just one thing that is changing in me so as the way to see things, the way of eat, think, speak, face the problems; this last one is going to make a lot of things if we put this or try to put it on a patient, based on the reference of a french method, "Milieu therapy" translated in english it means middle grounded, its a safe place, its focused to the people and society and other social circles the patient interacts, so if its hard to face a problem, you are feeling that there is a impediment in the social communication I really would try to suggest this alternative you know.. for science!

So expect changes in many ways, and just stop and take a little breath it will reduce the stress, there is a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR, Dr. Jon Kabat 1979), actualy Grossman (2004), define that in clinical psychology since 1970, have developed a significant nuimbers of therapeutic applications based on this model, and helping people feeling psychological conditions.
